Light Therapy
Light Therapy has been validated in clincal studies as a natural, safe and easy to use alternative to taking drugs or artificial stimulants. Exposure to blue lightwaves in natural and artificial light effects our levels of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone produced in the body which is a powerful antioxidant and regulates the "body clock" or cicadian rhythm.
